• Support: connection problems, codes not working, or sync issues.
• Privacy and data deletion: ask us to remove a clipboard or device record.
• Advertising and partnerships: business inquiries about the site.
• Abuse reports: report content shared through a clipboard that should not be public.

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover clipboard text that was cleared or replaced — the service keeps only the current text and no history. We also cannot identify who created a clipboard, because the service has no accounts.

Before you email

If a device shows an old code or cannot connect, press Cancel link on that device and enter the current 6-character code. If the code stopped working, the clipboard owner generated a new one with New code. Answers to common questions are in the Online Clipboard Guide.
